The bear represents deep restoration and emotional rebirth—calming the body, easing tension, and guiding inward reflection.

This Bear Medicine Yoga Immersion blends therapeutic, nature-based practices to slow down, turn inward, and build strength—like the introspection of hibernation.

We begin with dynamic Kriya for energetic release and subconscious re-patterning.

Grounding Circle + Sankalpa (inward focus, strength)
Nadi Shodhana + Shamanic Journeying (Bear connection)

7:30 – 9:00 AM
Dynamic Flow (“Roar & Restore”)
Jivamukti Vinyasa + Sun Salutations (strength, heart opening)

9:00 – 9:30 AM
Break + Herbal Tea

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Meditation + Pranayama (grounding, inward rhythm)
Shamanic Breathwork, Ancestral Altar, Water Rituals, Mudra

12:00 – 1:00 PM
Lunch + Free Time

1:00 – 2:00 PM
Breathwork, Chakra Tuning (Root), Grounding Flow + So Hum meditation

2:00 – 4:00 PM
Restorative Hibernation with Yin + Sound Bath

4:00 – 5:00 PM
Closing Fire Circle (release + intention) + Gentle Breathwork
