Restorative - Monthly (3 classes per week)

Join me every Monday, Wednesday & Friday for Restorative Yoga at 9am - 10am PST

Restorative yoga is an incredible way of helping to restore wellness to the body and mind. In activating the para-sympathetic or relaxation response you will assist in calming your nervous system, setting your body up for deep healing, growth and repair.

I have been teaching Restorative Yoga for over 20 years. I bring the experience of healing from my own injuries: twice broken back, broken neck, and major wrist surgery. I have developed specialised yoga therapy practices to serve people from my real life experiences.

You can expect the following from restorative yoga class:

  • I can offer personalised recommendations to assist your practice and help you week by week.

For me, with practising restorative yoga, I am more deeply connected with the workings of my nervous system as I transition between states of stress and recovery with more ease and grace. I have noticed significant improvements in my immune system, my sleep, and my mood. Restorative yoga has become an irreplaceable part of my own self-care routine.

When you purchase you will be sent log-in access for the class. It's $10 CAD per class and here you are paying for 4 consecutive Monday classes in a month. You will be billed monthly and you can cancel at any time.
