Join us for a month of guided pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and cultivate mindfulness and inner calm.
This online meditation and breathwork program is part of the English 200-Hour Teacher Training and open to all students. Each class will be recorded and accessible afterward.
About the Practice
Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation are time-honored practices that promote mental health by balancing the nervous system, easing tension, and deepening mindfulness—helping you begin each week feeling centered and clear.
