A stronger, active practice to build fire and motivation

Short, gentle break

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Mindfulness & Breathwork
Pranayama techniques to calm the nervous system & cool duality

12:00 – 1:00 PM
Free time

Wolf ceremony & japa recitation

2:00 – 4:00 PM
Soft, candlelit practice
Deep stretching, Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra to release tension
