This class will incorporate the five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga, allowing you to deepen your practice spiritually, cultivate devotion, practice nonviolence, connect to the power of music, and experience the benefits of meditation.

THE ESSENTIAL BHAKTI
In our closing session, we will explore the essence of Bhakti Yoga, the Vedic description of the soul, and the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita by Lord Krishna. We will engage in chanting, Vedantic meditation, and conclude with a conch and Arati ceremony.
