Day Schedule 

7:00 – 7:30 AM
Opening Circle: Meditation, intention setting + “Eagle” theme (vision, inner strength)
Shamanic Eagle Meditation (higher perspective + clarity)

7:30 – 9:00 AM
Morning Practice – Active Ashtanga (“Soaring Eagle”) A/B + Primary Series, balances, core, Eagle arm/leg variations

9:00 – 9:30 AM
Break (juice)

9:30 – 11:00 AM
Breathwork + Pranayama (grounding) and Gayatri Mantra + Garuda Mudra

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Lunch + Free Time

12:00 – 2:00 PM
Restorative (“Nestled Eagle”) – shoulders + hips + Yoga Nidra (integration)

2:00 – 4:00 PM
Chakra Work (Sacral + Third Eye), Smudging + Shamanic Drumming

4:00 – 5:00 PM
Closing Circle + Gratitude Meditation + Candle Lighting (Arati) + Bird Medicine Chant
