Join Tina Pashumati for her New practice of the wild Shantiseva Vinyasa series here in Whistler.

Held in the Train station at Nita Lake Lodge Whistler live class.

1 ½ hour Shantiseva Vinyasa Bear practice to Buddha- Bar vibes followed by 30 minutes of Breathwork and 30 minutes of chanting and meditation with a large water drum and  Swarsangam (Indian Harp).

A very special class with a Master Teacher 24 years in Whistler Teaching for 40 years world wide.

Class
This session features a challenging yet informative asana practice with amazing music and partner work at the end of practice that strengthens physical awareness while directing attention inward. The posture work will help prepare both body and mind for the subtler practices of pranayama (breathwork), pratyahara (sense withdrawal), dharana (concentration), and dhyana (meditation). We’ll conclude with a guided relaxation aimed at offering a glimpse of samadhi—a state of absorption, stillness, or deep connection by using mantra and sound therapy.

Together, we’ll explore how asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and even a moment of samadhi are not separate steps but interconnected aspects of a unified, lived experience of yoga.

The Breathwork element will be 30 mins of total awareness.
